All Orders are shipped from Sugar Land, Texas, USA and are fulfilled by USPS/PirateShip. Depending on the amount of orders I have, your order will be sent out within 1-3 weeks of receiving the order, unless your order contains preorder items. US orders will take between 3-5 business days to arrive, and international orders will take about 2-4 weeks to arrive.
Cancellations & Exchanges
Unfortunately all sales are final, and are not eligible for cancellations, refunds, exchanges, or modifications once payment has been made. Please order when you know for sure you want the items!
Replacements
All sales are final. However, feel free to contact me if your package arrived broken or damaged. In this case, I will require proof. I will happily replace your items if I still have stock, but I will ask that you pay the shipping cost for re-delivery.
This shop is not responsible for packages lost or missing in the mail.
Preorders
Orders containing preorder items will ship when I have received all preorder stock. If your order contains both in-stock items and preorder items, it will be delayed. If you want to get your order sooner, only order in-stock items. The Cancellations & Exchanges policy applies to preorders as well.
UK/EU Shipping
I will ship to UK/EU, but customers will be responsible for managing VAT fees upon their package's arrival. Please only purchase if you are able to pay the fees, otherwise your package will likely be sent back. If your package is returned to me, only the products can refunded. The shipping will not be refunded.
Russia Shipping
Since the USPS has suspended all service to Russia, I cannot ship there. If you place an order from Russia, I will have to refund your order minus the transaction fee.
